Witness Statement Training
This 2 day course is designed for investigators who are required to provide or obtain witness statements as part of a criminal or civil investigation.
Witness statements are subjected to intense scrutiny, so it’s vital that they are of good quality and contain the high level of detail required to support the case to either prove or disprove the matter under investigation.
This practical course will equip delegates with the tools required to complete a detailed and legally compliant witness statement. It will provide delegates with the necessary knowledge and skills to complete written statements to both Criminal and Civil best practice standards.
Delegates will learn how to develop the structure, content and style of their statements in order to maximise evidential value.
